All devices sold by ReDial come with a minimum 12-month warranty covering functional defects under normal use.

Your warranty is now automatically activated from the date you receive your device. For additional peace of mind, you can optionally register your device using our Warranty Form.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It ensures that your refurbished device performs as intended during the warranty period.

What’s Covered

  • Hardware faults caused by manufacturing defects or faulty components.
  • Battery failure or excessive capacity loss within 12 months of purchase (under normal usage).
  • Any internal component issues that affect normal functionality.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, liquid exposure, impact, or accidental drops.
  • Software issues, operating system errors, or user-installed apps.
  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or use of non-genuine parts.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect performance (e.g., minor scratches or scuffs).

If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost, subject to the above conditions and product availability. Replacement devices may be refurbished and of equivalent specification and value.
