During my original selection process of a pre-loved Lenovo Laptop from a sales list generated by ReDial, I actually thought that I'd picked out the fastest laptop on it in terms of processor speed available and was going to place an order for it. The unit arrived via courier on time and as promised. When opening my delivery, I couldn't believe how well the laptop was packaged! It came in its own specialized reusable cardboard box. It's a work of functional art which I'll be keeping!

One concern you have about buying any secondhand goods sight unseen, is that you're going on the word of the vendors appraisal of the unit's condition. In my case they rated my laptop as Grade A without really defining what their Grade A criteria was. Long story short, I was pleasantly surprised with the as-new condition of my laptop when I inspected it upon arrival.
