One concern you have about buying any secondhand goods sight unseen, is that you're going on the word of the vendors appraisal of the unit's condition. In my case they rated my laptop as Grade A without really defining what their Grade A criteria was. Long story short, I was pleasantly surprised with the as-new condition of my laptop when I inspected it upon arrival. Given this attention to detail, in my fastidious view, ReDial's Grade A product rating aligned closely with my expectations. Therefore, going of my experience, they will deliver you with a brilliant looking clean product showing hardly any wear in this rating class. The other thing you can expect is great product range/ offerings and excellent customer service.
