Returns and Refund Policy

At ReDial, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your device within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

How to Return Your Device

  1. Initiate a Return:
    Contact us within 30 days of receiving your device by completing our Returns Form.

  2. Return Shipping:

    • For faulty or not-as-described items, we provide a pre-paid courier label at no cost to you.
    • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
      Note: Our Google Merchant Center overall settings register all returns as “free returns”. In practice, we always cover faulty returns, while change-of-mind returns require you to pay for postage.
  3. Return Processing:
    Once we receive your device, our team at PhoneCycle Pty Ltd will inspect and test the item. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the device has been received and verified.

Return Conditions

  • We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Devices must be returned in the same condition as received (new or slightly used), including all original packaging and accessories.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the device is damaged due to misuse, water exposure, drops, or if there is evidence of unauthorised repair attempts.
  • The return guarantee will be void if the device has been tampered with or repaired by anyone other than ReDial or PhoneCycle Pty Ltd.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
  • If your return is due to a change of mind, the original shipping fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.
  • No restocking fees apply.

Warranty Policy

All devices sold by ReDial come with a minimum 12-month warranty covering functional defects.

  • To activate your warranty, please register your device using our Warranty Form.
  • Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents (including water damage or drops), or unauthorised repairs.

If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost, subject to the above conditions.
