During my original selection process of a pre-loved Lenovo Laptop from a sales list generated by ReDial, I actually thought that I'd picked out the fastest laptop on it in terms of processor speed available and was going to place an order for it. After she checked my details and cancelled my original inquiry, she then provided me with a new quotation for the quicker laptop unit, which I subsequently ordered. The unit arrived via courier on time and as promised. When opening my delivery, I couldn't believe how well the laptop was packaged! It came in its own specialized reusable cardboard box. It's a work of functional art which I'll be keeping!
