Although I did initially receive the wrong colour, I emailed them and immediately got a response with the offer of either a discounted refund, or return the phone and they would send the correct colour. The phone itself is in excellent condition, works perfectly, got here very fast and I decided to keep it. Overall extremely happy with the service! Great speedy communication, fantastic!
