At ReDial, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Free Express Shipping

We offer FREE Express Post shipping on all orders via Australia Post. If you’re within the Express Post network, you can expect to receive your delivery within the estimated timeframe below.

Order Cut-Off

Orders are processed daily with a cut-off time of 8:00 AM (AEST).
Orders placed before the cut-off will begin processing the same business day.

Handling Time

Min: 0 business days
Max: 1 business day
Orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

Transit Time

Min: 1 business day
Max: 3 business days
Shipping is via Australia Post Express, Monday – Friday.

Total Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for all destinations: 1–4 business days (handling + transit). Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays outside our control may occasionally occur due to Australia Post or other external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Payment

Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received and processed.
