1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE Express Post shipping on all orders across Australia via Australia Post Express.


2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed daily (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off: 8:00 AM (AEST)

  • Handling Time: 0–1 business day

  • Transit Time: 1–3 business days
    Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days (total).
    Please note that delays beyond our control (e.g. Australia Post delays) may occasionally occur.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment directly through Australia Post.


4. When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 8:00 AM (AEST) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 8:00 AM will begin processing the next business day.


5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship only within Australia.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

  • The device must be in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.


9. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Faulty or not-as-described items: ReDial provides a pre-paid courier label at no cost.

  • Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


10. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your returned device is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.


11. Do you charge restocking fees?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees.


12. What if my device is faulty?

All devices sold by ReDial.au come with a minimum 12-month warranty covering functional defects.
If your device develops a fault during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge (subject to warranty conditions).


13. What does your warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorised repairs.


14. How can I activate my warranty?

Please register your device using our Warranty Form available on our website. This ensures your warranty is active and validated.


15. When will my order be shipped after payment?

Your order will be shipped once full payment has been received and verified. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after payment is processed.
